Usually within a week, depending on the size of your system, I evaluate your source code, all of it that matters, and answer both. You get a written report with the red flags located precisely in your code, a prioritized action list from quick wins to structural improvements, and a clear strategy for your legacy code: what to keep, what to refactor, what to replace, and in what order. You also get a concrete assessment of how ready your architecture is for AI integration, and what to change so it becomes ready.

Out of scope
Penetration testing, formal security audits, and license audits are not part of the evaluation. Issues in those areas are flagged and routed to specialists. This boundary is what makes the fixed price possible.
Pricing
A fixed price per engagement, agreed after the free scoping call where we go through the size of the system. You know the cost before we start. Your team can execute every action in the report themselves; if you want help with some of them, that is a separate conversation afterwards.
